Easy Crockpot Taco Soup

Easy Crockpot Taco Soup 

This soup is a favorite in my household. Not only is it easy to make but it's a great recipe. Hope you enjoy it. 




Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef, browned
  • 1 can Kidney Beans {16 oz.}, drained
  • 1 can Black Beans {15 oz.}, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can Petite Diced Tomatoes {14.5 oz.}
  • 1 can Corn {15 oz.}, drained
  • 1 can Original Rotel – Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies {10 oz.}
  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix {1 oz.}
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix {1 oz.}
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • Crockpot
  • For Garnish: Fritos, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheddar and chopped Green Onions!

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients {except garnish ingredients} to Crockpot and stir well.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or LOW for 4 hours.
  3. Top with a dollop of Sour Cream, Shredded Cheddar, Chopped Green Onions, and some Fritos for a delicious added punch of flavor!
  4. ENJOY!!
