This 1st flush (1st harvest) Matcha is rich vibrant green in color, sweet in aroma with smooth earthy flavors. Our production processes are second to none. Carefully selected and grown in shaded facilities. Once the BEST tea leaves have been selected, they are gently blown and cooled. The selected leaves are then grinded by a Mikage Stone Mill to produce delicate delicious final powder.

I did try this green tea and I have to say it's not for me. I'm more of a black tea drinker. I tried sweetners and honey but it still had a bitter taste. I will stick with my black tea. If you like green tea than you should try it. It comes in a handy tin for easy storage and it was very easy to brew. It does have some health benefits and I listed those above.

  1. I love matcha but like you said it is not for everyone. No matter what I do to it, it seems to always have a bit of a bitter taste. Still it is my go to tea. I have never personally used this brand but certainly will check it out.

  2. I love Matcha! Yes it is bitter, I have used it to make chocolates, green tea lattes (with nut milk) and smoothies and it isn't as bitter. But I like the taste of a good Matcha.

  3. How lovely! I love matcha! looks like a great company and product. I will definitely check them out; thanks for the review!
