Johnsonville Grillers
Recently I received a coupon for Johnsonville Grillers and I was excited to try them. I must say they have many different flavors to choose from but I decided to go with Steakhouse onion. I usually go with something cheddar or bacon because I know the kids will eat it. I'm glad I tried steakhouse onion because the kids loved them.
As you can see you get a pack of 6 frozen pre-grilled patties that you can cook in the skillet, oven broiler or grill. Usually when you think grill you think outside but I grilled mine on my Foreman grill and they turned out just fine. I did notice the gluten-free label which I look for since my youngest has to eat gluten-free. The ingredients and nutrition facts are plainly listed on the box so its very convenient and easy to see. You can freeze these for up to 30 days which is good if you buy in bulk. I really like the fact that they are made from quality ingredients and you can open a box and have lunch or supper in a matter of minutes.
As you can see I made my son 2 sandwiches. This is his gluten free bread but it is about the same size as regular sandwich bread. He just likes cheese so I fixed his plain. You can see they are about the size of regular hamburger patties. They would be great on buns with all your favorite hamburger fixings like cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce, pickles or whatever you like on your burgers. I know I will be buying more of these Grillers to have for my kids to eat over the summer.
