Using my extra large bamboo cutting board
As you can see I cut up some onions with ease and no scratches on the cutting board afterwards. I really like how I could just wash it off with some mild soapy dishwater. It didn't have any onion smell left on it either. It has a juice groove around the outside edge which will keep my counters nice and clean. I used the bamboo spoon to help cook supper and it worked just fine. I'm glad it came with the bamboo utensils.
