Our House GF Cookie Mix

I'm very excited to be doing this review. I have a son who is gluten intolerant and it's always a struggle to find products that are gluten free and great tasting. Most mixes I've tried have too many ingredients and are too time consuming to make. I need something quick and easy to make. I didn't name my blog Lazy Mom for nothing. That being said I really like this mix. Eggs, butter, peanut butter and the mix is all it takes to make some great tasting cookies. All I did was follow the instructions on the box and within 10 minutes I had peanut butter cookies in the oven. What I really like about this mix is if we don't want peanut butter then we just follow the directions for chocolate chip. That's right ya'll there are two different recipes for cookies on the box..peanut butter and chocolate chip. How cool is that? Needless to say the next box we will try the chocolate chip. 

These cookies had a soft texture and reminds me of bakery cookies. Not too soft and not too hard but just right. I got 20 cookies outta my batch but you could make more if you spoon them out smaller. We almost ate the whole batch they were so good.
