My Review

Okay I really wasn't that impressed with this product. It did open my nose up so I could breathe better but I still would end up snoring. As you can see you do get 4 different sizes and you can trim them with scissors if they are too long. I used the small one and I did trim the ends but it still was a little too uncomfortable for me. I guess I just don't like anything in my nose. I would say if you have a mild case of snoring and no severe sleep apnea you could try these. That would be the only way I think they would work.
